Great post. I will be going through many of these issues as well..
Turns out that Albanian doesn’t have a voice, and translation eventually catches up. Polly catches up when translation catches up.
In practice, the translation was miserable, capturing only the first sentence (and truly only part of the sentence).
Also, TTS is missing for Albanian. TTS for English is accurate. TTS for French is accurate for the failed translation.
